Comment(s): Room can be reserved Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. in 30 minute intervals; if additional hours are needed outside these times or anytime on the weekend please email [email protected] to check availability. When reserving the room, please be sure to include enough time for set-up and clean-up time needed for each meeting. Please be respectful of others who need meeting space and only book both Smith Rooms if you are expecting a large crowd to justify the use of both rooms. These rooms have AV and internet connection capabilities. This room is only available to be reserved by Augusta County Government Center Departments.
