This class will cover what being a first time homebuyer means and discuss the basics such as credit scores and history, loan programs available, down payment assistance and more. This program will walk through the steps of the home buying process and the details to think about before you make the decision to purchase a home. This is an informational class only and is designed to be a safe, non-threating way to get information on important home buying topics. No loan plans can be purchased during the class. A real estate agent will be present.
