Comment(s): This open room can be used for meetings, birthday parties, family reunions or other small gatherings. The room is approximately 1,600 square feet and includes an elevated stage area. Restrooms are located within the building. Adjacent to outside playground and gravel parking area that can accommodate at least 40 vehicles. A supply of rectangular tables and folding chairs can be made available upon request for up to 50 individuals.

Reservations can be made 7 days a week between 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Requests are accepted up to 6 months in advance and no later than 2 weeks prior to rental date.

Please note, the Deerfield Library Station Branch is also operated out of this building; during operating hours library patrons will need to walk through the room to get to the library area.

Rental fee is $50 for each 2-hour time block requested. Please call our office at 540-245-5727 to make reservations.
