Chair Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic form of yoga practiced either sitting in a chair or using the chair for balance and support. Whether you have mobility issues due to injury, age, health conditions or pregnancy or you are seeking exercises that can be done at work, Chair Yoga offers the many mind/body benefits of Yoga in a safe, comfortable and accessible way. Please wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a water bottle. This class is great for all ages and there are no experience or flexibility requirements!
